I want to get to know a little more about your style and expectations. We will go over the information on the trip inquiry form. After our meeting I will send you a short outline of our talk to be sure I understand your wants and needs. I will include the Plan to Go Agreement for you to look over. I will give you an estimated turn around time.
2nd 1 Hour Consultation Fee Based ( as per signed agreement )
All Travelers should be present if possible. We will go over the proposed itinerary and make necessary adjustments based on everyones feedback. If things are ok as is, I will go over deposit amounts, final payment dates and required disclosures. I require the signed documents returned before I can secure any reservations. You will get a copy of the Itinerary.
